Basic Audit

The first step in gathering information is the basic audit.  At this stage we survey and count received equipment against your company's existing inventory report of from scratch.

Tracking

Your assets are then bar-coded to ensure proper tracking throughout our system.  This identifies the asset's as belonging to your company.

Reporting

Upon audit completion; we provide reports in spreadsheet form using Microsoft Excel or other office automation applications.  These reports may include:

  • Physical Counts

  • Part and Model number

  • Serial Numbers

  • Description of equipment

  • Condition

  • Hard Drive, Memory Size
